Cabbage

Method
1.
Slice the vegetables to give a long shape
2.
Put a little butter or vegetable oil in the non-stick pan.
3.
Add onions and allow to fry a little
4.
Add the cabbage and stir for 2mins.
5.
Add the shredded chicken
and stir
6.
Add the carrot and stir for 2mins
7.
Add the spring onion and the Sweet corn and stir.
8.
Add the chili, maggi, curry, thyme and salt and stir for 2mins.
9.
Add the soy sauce and stir
10. Put in a
drainer to drain off the excess oil
Note: Boil the
chicken, remove the skin and shred.
Wrapping of
spring roll
1. Get your
paper
2. Put in the
fillings at one end and roll in once like sausage roll and gum
3. Roll in by
the sides to protect the fillings from pouring away and gum
4. Roll from
where you put in the fillings till you get to the of the paper
5. Gum the end
with the barter.
Measurement for spring roll and Samosa dough
(for 250 papers)
Flour - 1 paint = 3kg
Corn starch - 3tablespoon
Baking powder - 1 tablespoon
Sugar - ½ tablespoon
Salt - leveled teaspoon
Milk - 250g
Nutmeg - 1 big size
