GIZ-DODO Recipe Chicken gizzard Plantain (very ripe but not over ripe) Large fresh tomato Corn pepper to suit your taste Red bell pepper (optional) Teaspoon ground crayfish (optional) Large onion ball Garlic clove or ½ teaspoon garlic powder Teaspoon each of curry and thyme Stock cubes Vegetable oil (enough for frying) Note: If you have chicken stew, you won’t need the tomatoes and peppers.
